Lush Salon Policies
Credit card - We require a credit card guarantee to confirm your booking for any lush skin or body treatments and packages.
We ask that if you need to reschedule your appointment that you give us 24 hrs notice. If less than 4 hrs notice is given 50% of your booked treatment will be charged to your credit card. If you don't show for your appointment then the full charge applies.
Late showings - If you are running late for an appointment your treatment may be shortened. Full charge applies.
Child care - Due to OH&S requirements all clients and visitors must remain in the reception area unless accompanied by a lush staff member. In consideration of other clients we ask that you make child-care arrangements when having a lush salon service. Wednesdays from 9am-2pm is "babes in strollers". Children in strollers are welcome to accompany mum or dad at this time.
We accept payment by Cash, MasterCard, Visa and Eftpos. Please note Any Purchase under $30 is cash only. We have a no return no refund policy.
